Meredith graduated from Vanderbilt University with a major in Human & Organisational Development. She is also a certified Pilates instructor, which led her to discover her passion in movement and bio-mechanics. Teaching Pilates spurred Meredith to pursue and earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
During the doctorate program, Meredith worked with outpatient orthopaedic patients, primarily treating chronic low back disorders, patients with neurological movement disorders like Parkinson’s Disease and geriatric patients with balance deficits.
Upon graduating, she served as the lead Physical Therapist treating patients with acute orthopaedic conditions like knee and hip replacements.
