Kelvin Teo, Functional Trainer
Kelvin is a personal trainer, with a focus in functional training to help clients move better, pain-free. He is a certified Human Foundations practitioner that specialises in improving human movement mechanics by addressing postural deficiencies and instilling efficient movement patterns.
Kelvin’s four years of experience in the fitness industry also includes muay thai (individual/group training) and bootcamp training.
