In 2008, Jasmine was introduced to Yoga when she was working in Vietnam. Like many others, she was having many doubts – Can Yoga really bring health, peace, happiness, love, trust & self-confidence?
As she continued her practice, the pain in her lower back, knee & ankles were greatly reduced. Even her sinus problem was under control. Besides physical benefits, she also begin to experience the unity of the breath, body and mind.
Jasmine also completed over 500 hours of training in India and Singapore. She’s also attended workshops conducted by James Murphy (Director of Iyengar Yoga Institute of New York) and Zubin Zarthoshtimanesh (Iyengar Yogabhyasa in Mumbai, India).
Now that Jasmine has benefited so much from Yoga, she would like to share it with everyone as she believes Yoga has something for everyone both on and off the mat.
On top of her private 1-1 and small group classes, Jasmine also teaches in companies and schools.
