Randall joined Core Concepts as a Rehab Technician in 2022 with a background in personal training and gym administration and a Diploma in Sports Coaching.

After having family members get injured and undergoing several injuries of his own, Randall developed an interest in managing and preventing sports injuries so as to improve function and performance.
