We’ve Got Your Back!

spine

Millions of people all around the world are plagued by spinal woes such as back aches and pain. This can not only affect one’s health – but also quality of life and ability to perform daily tasks. In conjunction with World Spine Day 2016, join us at our Open House on 15th October, 12pm – 4pm at our newly renovated Novena Square clinic to find out more about how Physiotherapy, Pilates and Functional Training can help you relieve pain, maintain proper posture and prevent injuries.

In alignment with this year’s World Spine Day theme of Straighten Up and Move, our Open House: We’ve Got Your Back aims to highlight the importance of proper posture and physical activity to encourage good spinal health and prevention of back and neck injuries. Join us on 15th October as we showcase how functional training, pilates, massage therapy and physiotherapy can help you achieve these goals.

Come meet our therapists who will be sharing interesting tips and information as well as answering your queries at the interactive stations covering aspects from Functional Training, Pilates, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy.
