Staying Active to Prevent Chronic Illnesses

Many people are aware that exercising is important but why do they not exercise? For some the reason for their sedentary life could be because they are in pain or injured while for others, it could simply be because they are not sure of how to get started with exercising. In this joint event with Nanyang CC, our senior principal physiotherapist, Chye Tuan will be sharing more on how one can manage pain so as to stay active. There will also be a zumba class conducted by RetroFit to help those who are not sure of how to get started with exercising.
