Ankle Sports Taping – Mini-Clinic 17 January 2014
If your sports places a strain on your ankle, or if you have a past history of ankle injuries, you should consider strapping your ankle for preventative injuries. It also gives you the psychological reassurance that your ankle will be strong and stable during a training session or an event.
If you are not sure on to how to strap our ankles with rigid tapes, come join our mini-clinic and learn how from our physiotherapist.
