To relieve the low back ache from sitting too long in a chair.


  • Sit a the edge of the chair and place both palms at the back of the seat.

  • Gently lean your body backwards and extend the body. Feel the stretch at the front of your body.

  • Hold for 20s. Relax and repeat three times.
