"I suffer from severe scoliosis (abnormal curvature of the spine) with spondylosis in the neck for the past 15 years. The pain was agonising to even just walk some 250 metres. Now after strengthening my core, I can go for my daily 3-km walks relatively pain free" Dr. Peter Chua, Retired Medical Practitioner
