isPermaLink="false">http://mcr.coreconcepts.com.sg/?p=92#comment-1050</guid> <description>The scoliosis curve usually stabilizes after one reaches adulthood, and people with scoliosis are usually able to participate in any sports.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Though the most suitable exercises are believed to be non weight-bearing sports such as swimming or cycling, there are no evidence that weight-bearing exercises would worsen the curve, sports like jogging, badminton, soccer are unlikely to increase the scoliosis curve. Should the curve get worse, it&#039;s more likely to be a natural progress of the curve, instead of an affection from the sports.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Just keep in mind that one should stop a particular exercise if it causes pain or discomfort.
