Shoulder Joint Stretch
To relax the tight arm muscles that is caused by too much clicking, typiing, writing and slouching at the desk.
Instructions
In sitting, straighten your arm out in front of you and pull your arm across the chest and close to the body. Feel the stretch at the back of the shoulder joint.
Hold for 20s. Repeat three times on each side.
