You might want to try back extension exercises to see whether they relieve your pain. Repeat the back extension 10 times in standing. This should help reduce your pain. If it does, repeat this 3 sets. If significant relief is obtained, try prone lying on your elbow for about 15-20mins. Try this out and get back to us if there&#039;s anything else.
