Training and Career Development

Unlike small practices where career development opportunities are limited, Core Concepts size and pace of growth allows us to offer hospital-like developmental opportunities with one main distinction. Our training and career development programmes are geared towards those who have a clear idea on their desired areas of focus and speciality.

Core Concepts is a strong believer in continuing education. Therapists can expect to participate in regular in-service programmes, clinical tutorials, case studies, internal courses and sponsored external courses covering both clinical courses as well as business and project management topics. Also all therapists regardless of seniority are expected to participate in teaching and leading some of the training programmes. Core Concepts believes in teaching as a valuable learning tool.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for physiotherapy graduates from Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, UK and US Universities. We have positions for fresh graduates to experienced therapists with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

Candidates should enjoy working in a fun, high-energy, fast-paced and open environment. Needless to say, candidates should be hard-working and able to work independently within a supportive environment. Attractive remuneration and benefits will be offered to successful candidates
