Core Works
Core Works are intermediate and advance classes for clients who have progressed beyond our introductory core stability training programme - Core Fundamentals.
Core Works combines three distinctive formats - mat work, fit-balls and flexibility/stretch classes.
Each class session is about 1 hour for a more comprehensive workout.
Why do I need to continue with Core Works?
While Core Fundamentals provides you a basic level of core stability, there are clients with a need for a higher level of core strength and control. For example, clients with are active in intensive sports or an increased life-style activity.
